Information we collect

Request forms may collect name, email, phone, preferred contact method, pickup and drop-off details, vehicle preference, accident context, insurer name, claim number, and notes provided by the customer.

Why we collect it

The information is used to respond to rental and accident-replacement enquiries, create request references, arrange follow-up, and support payment status tracking for customers ready to proceed.

Payments

Card entry is handled by secure hosted checkout. Anmazon stores request references and payment identifiers, not card numbers.

Customer choices

Marketing opt-in is separate from request consent. Customers should be able to request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
